At a distance of only three miles, anyone can MMMOVE. Whether you walk, jog, or run we want you to be there from the starting line to the finish line.

You vs. You
When the gun goes off, the MMMOVE ment begins, but you're not competing against others.
At registration you'll choose a target completion time. You'll then MMMOVE to meet or exceed your goal, thereby racing against yourself.
Overall completion times will be published here, but--make no mistake--this isn't your typical race with traditional "winners".
The purpose of the MMMOVE ment is to prove that people can be inspired, encouraged, and rewarded without spending money. To that end, our entire staff are unpaid volunteers, and the event will never cost you anything.
All participants who meet or beat their target completion time will leave with something.
We are pleased to have a local band, Trouser Billy, joining us to provide music before, during and after the event!
In addition to live music, there will be food, water, Gatorade, and several contests open to everyone.
We don't want money, we want a strong, supportive Community. We're interested in getting support from businesses that provide products or services in line with our tenets of Community, Fitness and Health.
The way you MMMOVE is entirely up to you: walk, jog, or run. We believe fitness (in any and all forms) is important, but individual - what works for one doesn't always work for another.
